Support

To help cover the costs of supporting ChatBerry, operating the tunnel and the investments made to produce the software, a monthly license fee applies to the use of ChatBerry.

FREE TRIAL

You can use ChatBerry free of charge on a trial basis. You can use ChatBerry as often as you like without paying a subscription, but your session will be terminated after 15 minutes of use, without warning. You will need to login again and re-join any chat rooms and private chat sessions.

This free trial is for a limited period only, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

SUBSCRIPTION

If you make a subscription you can use ChatBerry for unlimited periods without interruption. The use of ChatBerry is $5.00 per month, or $40 for one year. Monthly subscriptions should be paid on a recurring basis. Subscriptions should be made using PayPal by clicking on the icon below. PayPal allows you to pay be credit card and a range of other payment methods. Other payment methods are not acceptable.

When paying your subscription you will need to provide your BlackBerry PIN. If you do not know your BlackBerry PIN you can use ChatBerry to find this out. On the settings screen select Subscription. The number in the centre of the screen is the BlackBerry PIN that you will need to provide.

You can also see your subscription type from this screen. All users are granted a trial subscription which will normally run for 15 minutes before the session being terminated. You can confirm this from the subscription screen. If you have made a regular subscription then you will see 'subsc' followed by a date. This is the expiry of your subscription. If you have made a regular subscription you may also see the monthly renewal date for your subscription.

You can end your subscription at any time, simply stop your paypal subscription, and in due course your ChatBerry subscription will revert to a trial subscription that will stop you using ChatBerry after five minutes.

Once you have made your subscription payment it can take up to 48 hours to process your payment and enable your ChatBerry to run un-interrupted. We apprecitate your patience in processing your payments. Subscriptions will commence from the time the payment is processed, so that you will receive use of the software for at least the full month.

A once-off license is also available for users that do not use the tunnel. Contact tiggit_support@mac.com for more details.

Any subscription you may make is for the use of the ChatBerry software. Use of the tunnel is provided as a convenience and may be withdrawn from time to time without warning. The tunnel service is provided free of charge, and is provided 'as is'. Tiggit reserve the right to levy additional charges for the use of the tunnel at any time without warning.

Chatberry is provided as is with no warranty implied or explicit, tiggit accept no responsibility for loss of information, other actual loss or consequential loss through the use of this software.
